Brent and Mary Gullixson have sold over $7 billion in residential real estate on the San Francisco Peninsula. This includes sales of over $4.4 billion from homes sold just in Atherton and over $1 billion from homes sold in Woodside.
They are ranked the #6 small team in the nation and the #1 Compass small team in the nation in RealTrends report of the Top Residential Real Estate Professionals (published in June 2024). Since these rankings were initiated the Gullixsons have consistently been in the Top 25, either individually or by team. Since 2013, they have averaged sales volume of more than $358 million annually; in 2021 their volume was $445+ million; in 2022 it was $423+ million; in 2023 it was $447+ million.
Mary and Brent work with some of the most successful and noted CEOs, company founders, venture capitalists, entrepreneurs and their families in Silicon Valley. In 2011, they represented the sellers of the most expensive estate ever sold in Atherton. They are the go to team when it comes to selling and buying luxury homes and estates on the Peninsula.
After graduating from the University of Pittsburg with a degree in pharmacy, Mary moved to the Bay Area where she has enjoyed living for over 30 years. Starting in real estate more than 25 years ago, Mary quickly became known for a reputation of impeccable service and a flair for matching clients with the perfect properties. This goes hand in hand with her vast market knowledge, sharp negotiating skills, and cutting edge marketing which has led to a sales volume unmatched by anyone else in the Bay Area.
Brent attended Phillips Brooks School and Menlo School before graduating from the University of Arizona with a degree in Economics. Brent worked at Wachovia Securities in San Francisco prior to partnering with Mary over 10 years ago. He lives in Atherton with his wife and 3 children. Their assistant, Pat Ewart, has worked for Mary and Brent for over 17 years.

When Mary is not spending endless hours on her real estate career, she loves spending time with her 3 grandchildren. She enjoys traveling and recently has been to India, Eastern Europe, China and Japan.
