Menlo Park, a Tree City USA community, is an affluent city on the eastern edge of San Mateo County.  It is a quiet yet vibrant city of charming, tree-lined neighborhoods and friendly people.  Situated on the San Francisco Peninsula, Menlo Park is conveniently located between San Francisco and Oakland on the north and San Jose on the south.

Today, Menlo Park is home to the headquarters of Facebook, Instagram, and the Stanford Linear Accelerator.  Much of Menlo Park's economy centers around the companies on Sand Hill Road, consisting of venture capital, private equity, financial services, law firms, and other professional service companies and investment vehicles focusing on technology.

Menlo Park is also known for its excellent public school system and nearby private schools.
